Support

Get Bellwire connected.

Start with the checks below. If something still looks wrong, send us the details and we will help.

Bellwire uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in does not complete, check your connection, confirm that iCloud and your Apple Account are available on the device, then try again. Bellwire never receives your Apple password.

Notifications

Bellwire remains usable if notifications are turned off; project cards and event history still load in the app. To receive alerts, open Bellwire → Settings → Open iOS Settings and enable notifications.

  • Make sure Focus modes are not silencing Bellwire.
  • Confirm the project is active rather than paused.
  • Send a new test event after changing permission.

Pair an Agent

In Bellwire Settings, choose Generate binding code and give the six-digit code to your Agent. The code is single-use and expires after 10 minutes. Generate a new code if it has expired or was already claimed.

Missing events or cards

Ask your Agent to verify the project endpoint, token scope, event type, idempotency key, and live Surface key. Do not paste private tokens into a support email. Revoke and replace any credential you think may be exposed.

Account and data

You can delete an individual project from its detail screen. To permanently remove the entire account and all associated projects, events, devices, and Agent connections, use Bellwire → Settings → Account → Delete account. See the account deletion page for details.
