Delete inside Bellwire
Open Bellwire on your iPhone and sign in. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Read the warning, then choose Delete account and data to confirm.
- The request is authenticated with your current Bellwire session.
- You are signed out as soon as deletion succeeds.
- If the request fails, the account remains and Bellwire shows an error so you can try again.
Data that is deleted
Deletion removes the Bellwire authentication account and its active account-owned data.
- Profile and Sign in with Apple account link stored by Bellwire.
- Registered devices, APNs tokens, and notification delivery records.
- Projects, event schemas, notification configuration, live Surfaces, events, and project ingest tokens.
- Pairing records and Agent access tokens associated with the account.
Limited retention
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup recovery. Backups age out under normal retention cycles and are not used to restore a deleted account.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Bellwire account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. Never send an Apple password, project token, or private key.
Delete only one project
If you want to keep your account, open the project detail screen and choose Delete project. That removes only the selected project and its associated events, configuration, live Surfaces, and project credentials.
